The following terms and condition apply to use of the website as well as all transactions conducted through this site.

Free shipping

Free shipping on any order over $20.

If the items in your order which qualify for "Free shipping" total $20 or more, your order ships FREE!

Flat rate shipping for order less than $20 is $4.

Your order will be processed within 24-48 after payment. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

Canada                  15-20 business days.

Australia                10-14 business days.

Asia                         10-14 business days.

Europe.                   10-20 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

How do I return or refund an item?

Return if:

  • You receive a product which is not what you ordered.

  • You ordered the wrong product and would like an exchange only.

Refund if:

  • You receive a product which is not what you ordered.

We will not accept return or refund if:

  • You change your mind.

  • An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped.

  • Your order is delivered late by post.

  • Your order packaging is different than you used to.

  • Any reason other than listed under the allowed return section.

For Exchange:

We will resend your new order once we receive the previous order back. The item must ge in good condition, unused, original package without open.

Process for approved return & refunds:

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order ID. We will exchange the item at free of charge.  Return shipping fees will be paid by you, then refund up to the value of 5% of item purchase price once received.

Any other reasons , please can contact us for approval and condition.

Lost:

Orders will only be considered as possibly as lost if they have not been delivered after 30 business days from the shipped date and the tracking status is not show receive status.

We are not responsible any lost or stolen after delivery (successfully delivered status by carrier).
